    Drunken Pork Chops is one of the easiest dinner recipes for busy families. This is low-maintenance cooking at it's finest that makes the most delicious, savory sauce with simple ingredients like red wine and onions- even your kids will love it (don't worry, the alcohol cooks off)!

    Ingredients

    • 3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
    • 8 thin cut, boneless pork chops (mine we around 1/4 inch thick)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 medium onion, sliced into thin rings
    • 3-4 smashed garlic cloves
    • 1 cup of wine
    • 1 14.5 oz. can of beef or chicken broth (I prefer beef for a richer flavor)
    • 2 Tbsp. of tomato paste
    • Water (optional)
